We want your SeayMy T.Tee’s order to arrive clean, correct, and ready to wear. Some pieces are made after checkout, so your delivery timeline may include both production and shipping time. We’ll provide tracking once your order ships, and if something seems off, reach out — we’ll help however we reasonably can.
Shipping Policy
At SeayMy T.Tee’s, we want your order experience to feel clear, reliable, and easy to understand from the moment you check out to the moment your piece arrives.
Because some of our products may be made after an order is placed, shipping time can include both production time and carrier delivery time. We do our best to keep the process smooth, accurate, and transparent.
Order Processing & Production
Orders are typically processed shortly after checkout.
Some SeayMy T.Tee’s items are made to order, which means your product may enter production before it ships. This helps us reduce waste, avoid unnecessary overproduction, and keep each release intentional.
Estimated production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, and fulfillment availability.
Most orders are expected to begin processing within:

Please note that processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

These are estimates only. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, high-volume seasons, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

Tracking Information

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help look into it.
Correct Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SeayMy T.Tee’s is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control, we still want to help where we reasonably can.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll review what we can from our side.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
- Your mailbox or delivery area
- Front desk, leasing office, or mailroom
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Your local carrier or post office
If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days upon delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged package
- A photo of the item
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll review the situation and work with you toward a fair solution.
International Shipping
If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
These charges are not controlled by SeayMy T.Tee’s and may vary depending on your location.
International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.
Order Changes Before Shipping
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to help before your order enters production or shipping. Once an order has started production or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
