Meet Glo — the living ribbon of the invisible fight

Glo is more than a mascot. Glo was created to give a face, a voice, and a little light to battles that are often difficult for other people to see.

At SeayMy T.Tee’s, the Sarcoidosis Awareness collection comes from lived experience. That is why Glo is built around the purple ribbon: a small character carrying a much bigger message about resilience, visibility, and refusing to let an invisible fight become an invisible person.

What Glo represents

Glo stands beside the people living through the appointments, the uncertainty, the exhaustion, the questions, and the days when simply showing up takes more strength than anyone around them realizes.

Glo does not represent pretending everything is easy. The message is the opposite: the fight can be real, heavy, frustrating, and still leave room for humor, hope, identity, and connection.

That is the purpose behind the character — to help turn something difficult to explain into something people can recognize, talk about, and carry with them.

Why a ribbon became a character

Awareness symbols matter, but sometimes a symbol can feel distant. Glo turns the ribbon into a messenger. The character gives SeayMy T.Tee’s a way to tell stories about invisible battles without reducing people to a diagnosis.

Some days Glo can be hopeful. Some days stubborn. Some days tired. Some days ready to fight. That range is intentional, because people are more than one emotion and more than one difficult chapter.

Part of a larger mission

Glo lives inside the larger Sarcoidosis Awareness collection, where apparel is used as a way to start conversations and make an often-unseen experience more visible.

One expression of that message is Heavy Lungs. Unbroken Spirit., a piece built around the reality that difficult breathing and an invisible fight can coexist with resilience and identity.

Glo’s message

Glo exists to carry that message forward: the invisible fight deserves to be seen, the person inside it deserves to be heard, and hope can still glow in the middle of it.
