We care about your experience with SeayMy T.Tee’s. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or below the standard you expected, we’ll work with you to make it right. Because many of our products are made to order, we ask that you review your order details carefully before checkout so we can create your piece correctly from the start.
Return & Refund Policy
At SeayMy T.Tee’s, we want every customer to feel confident ordering from us. Each piece is created with care, and our goal is for your order to arrive exactly as expected — clean, correct, and ready to wear.
If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
Because many of our products are made after an order is placed, we kindly ask that you review your size, color, shipping address, and order details before checkout. This helps us avoid unnecessary waste and ensures your piece is made correctly from the start.
If Something Arrives Wrong
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and work with you toward a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the full item
- A photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
Made-to-Order Items
Many SeayMy T.Tee’s products are made specifically for you after checkout. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep each release intentional.
Because of this, we’re usually unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or entering the wrong shipping address.
That said, we understand that things happen. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out. We’ll always review your situation with care and do our best to help where we reasonably can.
Sizing & Fit
We want you to feel good in what you wear. Please check the size guide before placing your order and compare it with a piece you already own and like.
If you prefer a looser streetwear fit or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
If you receive a size different from what you ordered, contact us within 10 days UPON delivery so we can make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to help before your order enters production or shipping. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Shipping Concerns
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not able to guarantee replacement or refund for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with your household, neighbors, delivery area, and local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
