Shipping

Each item is made to order with care and precision. Most apparel items are produced within 3–4 business days before they are shipped.

Production time may vary during high-volume seasons, holidays, product launches, or supply delays. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and available shipping options. U.S. orders over $100 ship free, applied automatically at checkout.

Estimated purchase-to-doorstep: 12–15 days for most orders. Final shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some items may ship separately depending on product type, fulfillment location, or production timing. If your order arrives in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production or fulfillment.

If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information.

Lost package claims should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
