Most products are made after your order is placed. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or contact information used at checkout.
Many items are made-to-order. That means your product is created after purchase instead of being pulled from a large pre-made inventory. This helps reduce waste and allows each piece to be produced with intention.
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production or fulfillment.
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to help. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible because the item is being made specifically for you.
Because many products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color choice, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer general size exchanges because products are made-to-order. Please review the size guide and product-specific size chart before ordering.
Contact us with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description of the problem. If the wrong item was received, include a photo of the packing slip when possible.
If the issue qualifies, we will work on a replacement, reprint, or other resolution.
If your package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information.
Fit can vary by product style, blank, and material. Use the size chart on each product page as the final reference. If you prefer a relaxed streetwear fit, consider sizing up.
