At SeayMy T.Tee’s, every item is made with intention after your order is placed. Because many products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
Each product is created specifically for the customer who ordered it. This helps reduce waste while keeping the brand focused on purposeful production.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, changing your mind, accidental purchases after production begins, or no longer wanting the item.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the issue qualifies, we will work to provide a replacement, reprint, or other resolution.
To help us review your issue quickly, please include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, a short description of the problem, and a photo of the packing slip if the wrong item was received.
Depending on the issue, a qualifying claim may result in a replacement, reprint, or other appropriate resolution. Our goal is to handle real product issues clearly and fairly.
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information.
Because our apparel is made-to-order, we do not offer general size exchanges. Please check the size guide and product-specific size chart before ordering.
Limited drops, promotional items, awareness releases, and made-to-order apparel may be final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
